Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: September 2, 2026

offers optional Supporter memberships for community members who wish to financially support our modding projects, development costs, website hosting, software, models, and other expenses associated with creating and maintaining our content.

Supporting is voluntary. A Supporter membership is not required to purchase or unlock individual mods, and becoming a Supporter does not constitute the purchase of a specific mod.

1. Cancellation of Supporter Membership

You may cancel your Supporter membership at any time through the service used to manage your subscription.

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges. When your Supporter membership is canceled, any Discord roles, benefits, recognition, or other perks associated with being an active Supporter may be removed immediately upon cancellation, even if time remains in the billing period for which you have already paid.

2. No Refunds

Payments made toward a Supporter membership are generally non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused portions of a billing period, including when a Supporter membership is canceled before the end of the current paid billing period.

Canceling your membership will prevent the next recurring payment but does not reverse payments that have already been completed.

3. Supporter Membership and Mod Access

Supporter memberships are intended to support and its ongoing projects. They are not payments for individual Farming Simulator mods.

Mods designated by as free or publicly available will not require an active Supporter membership solely to obtain access to them. Certain downloads may still require users to authenticate through Discord, be members of the community, or satisfy applicable community and distribution requirements.

Supporters may receive additional community benefits, recognition, previews, updates, or other perks. These benefits may change over time and should not be interpreted as the purchase of, or payment for access to, a particular mod.

4. Project Support

Supporter contributions may be used toward expenses associated with , including but not limited to purchasing development assets or models, website and server hosting, software, development tools, and other costs related to creating and maintaining our projects.

Supporting does not guarantee that any particular project, mod, feature, or release will be completed or released by a specific date. Modding projects may change, be delayed, or be discontinued due to technical limitations, licensing concerns, development challenges, or other circumstances.

5. Managing Your Membership

It is the Supporter's responsibility to manage and cancel their recurring membership before the next billing date if they no longer wish to continue supporting .

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from canceling your membership, please contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to assist you.

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly or without authorization, please contact us so that we can review the issue.

Accounts associated with fraudulent payments, abusive chargebacks, or other misuse of the payment system may have Supporter benefits suspended or terminated, subject to applicable law and the policies of the payment provider.
