These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, downloads, community services, and related features. By accessing or using these services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Free Mod Distribution
Mods identified by as free or publicly available are provided without requiring payment for the mod itself.
Access to downloads may still require you to authenticate through Discord, be a member of the Discord server, or satisfy other community and distribution requirements established by .
Requiring authentication, Discord membership, or compliance with applicable distribution rules does not constitute a charge for the mod.
3. Discord Authentication and Access
Certain features of the website may require authentication through Discord.
Your Discord account may be used to verify your identity, server membership, applicable roles, Supporter status, and eligibility to access particular website features or downloads.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your Discord account. Downloads or other actions performed while authenticated through your Discord account may be treated as actions performed by you.
4. Download Eligibility
reserves the right to control access to downloads and other services in order to protect its projects, community, and distribution systems.
Download access may be denied or restricted for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Failure to authenticate through Discord when authentication is required
- Not being a member of the required Discord community
- Having a Discord role associated with restricted download access
- Previous unauthorized redistribution of content
- Attempts to bypass, manipulate, or interfere with download or serialization systems
- Abuse of the website, Discord community, or related services
- Violation of these Terms or applicable community rules

5. Serialized Downloads
Certain mods distributed through may contain a unique serial number or other identifying value associated with the Discord account to which that copy was originally distributed.
Records may be maintained associating a serial number with information such as the receiving Discord user ID, mod, mod version, and date of issuance.
Serialization is used to manage distribution and help identify the original source of copies that are redistributed without authorization.
By downloading serialized content, you acknowledge that the copy provided to you may contain such an identifier and that a corresponding distribution record may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Redistribution and Sharing
Unless expressly states otherwise for a particular release, content downloaded directly through is intended for the personal use of the recipient.
You may not upload, redistribute, re-host, sell, trade, exchange, or otherwise provide copies of content through another website, file host, Discord server, social media service, peer-to-peer service, or other distribution method without permission.
If another person would like a mod, they should obtain their own copy through an authorized distribution source.
7. Serial Tampering and Circumvention
You may not intentionally remove, modify, obscure, replace, falsify, or otherwise interfere with a serial number or distribution identifier included in a download for the purpose of concealing its distribution source or bypassing applicable distribution controls.
You may not intentionally bypass or attempt to bypass authentication requirements, access restrictions, download protections, rate limits, or other technical measures used to operate or protect these services.
Accounts associated with unauthorized redistribution, intentional serial tampering, or attempts to circumvent these systems may lose access to future downloads or other services.
8. Supporter Memberships
may offer optional Supporter memberships for community members who wish to financially support its projects and related expenses.
A Supporter membership is intended to support generally and does not constitute the purchase of an individual mod.
Supporters may receive community benefits such as Discord roles, recognition, previews, development updates, or other perks. These benefits may change over time.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, an active Supporter membership is not required solely to access mods designated by as free or publicly available.
9. Supporter Cancellation and Payments
Supporter memberships may be canceled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges.
Discord roles and other benefits associated with an active Supporter membership may be removed immediately when the membership is canceled, including when time remains in the current paid billing period.
Payments are generally non-refundable and are subject to the terms described in our Cancellation Policy.
10. Mod Projects and Development
Information, screenshots, previews, announcements, or discussions regarding projects currently in development do not constitute a guarantee that a particular mod, feature, update, or project will be completed or released.
Projects may change, be delayed, or be discontinued due to technical limitations, licensing concerns, development challenges, availability of assets, changes to Farming Simulator, or other circumstances.
11. Third-Party Content and Intellectual Property
Farming Simulator, GIANTS Software, and any third-party brands, trademarks, equipment names, logos, or other intellectual property referenced by mods remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of third-party intellectual property to or to users of these services.
12. Website and Service Availability
services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the website, downloads, Discord integrations, serialization services, or other features will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, Discord outages, software updates, or other circumstances.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, , its creators, and its contributors are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website, mods, downloads, or related services.
Mods and related content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their games, save files, mods, and other data.
14. Enforcement and Termination of Access
may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to website features, downloads, Supporter benefits, or related services when it reasonably believes an account has violated these Terms, abused the services, or participated in unauthorized redistribution or circumvention of distribution systems.
Restrictions imposed through the Discord community may also affect access to website features that rely on Discord membership or roles.
15. Privacy
Your use of services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information associated with Discord authentication, downloads, serialization, and other website features may be collected and used.
16. Changes to These Terms
